EKKA LIFE

A monthly box of self-care rituals.
Change your habits. Change your life.

She's got a revolution happening within.
The path to recovery is often a solitary and challenging journey. Ekka's mission was to provide ongoing support and community to individuals in recovery through a monthly subscription box. The challenge was to create a tangible, meaningful experience that reinforced a sense of connection, encouragement, and self-care in a visually compelling way.

I created a design strategy that transformed a simple box of products into a supportive monthly care package. By designing thoughtful and visually consistent insert cards and packaging, I helped Ekka deliver a branded experience that not only provided value but also cultivated a sense of community and hope for its subscribers.

Designing for a Cause

My role at Ekka was to create a supportive and visually consistent experience for a sensitive and important audience. The core of my work was designing the monthly insert cards that accompanied each subscription box. These cards served as more than just product descriptions; they were a crucial part of the user experience, delivering a message of encouragement and wellness that aligned with Ekka's mission.

In addition to the monthly inserts, I contributed to the overall visual identity by helping design the packaging to feel like a personal gift, and assisted with web design to ensure the online experience was as thoughtful as the physical one. My work was focused on using design to reinforce Ekka's brand values, creating a a sense of care and community for individuals on their journey to wellness.
