By leveraging real-time Salesforce data from out Customer Experience team, I architected multi-touch campaigns specifically designed to trigger based on user behavior and purchase history.

Elite Program Retention: Developed automated touchpoints to nurture our most active users, ensuring consistent brand representation and increasing long-term loyalty.

Win-Back Campaigns: Targeted high-spending customers who had been inactive for a specific duration (X months), using personalized creative to re-introduce them to the Corefact ecosystem.

Each journey was built with a solution-focused approach, ensuring that the visual hierarchy and messaging were optimized for measurable improvements in lead generation and conversions. By automating these paths, I ensured a cohesive and "always-on" brand presence that effectively re-engaged customers without requiring manual daily intervention.

OPTIMIZING ENGAGEMENT

Subject Line A/B Testing
To drive higher open rates and measurable improvements in lead generation, I utilized Salesforce Marketing Cloud to run head-to-head A/B tests on email subject lines. By experimenting with different tones—varying from direct and benefit-driven to curiosity-gap styles—I was able to identify which messaging resonated most with our audience in real-time.

The Variable: This specific test compared a short, urgent subject line against a longer, descriptive one to see which drove more frictionless user flow to our landing pages.

The Result: These insights allowed us to iterate on our email journeys, ensuring our high-volume campaigns were always backed by user data rather than assumptions.
