Corefact Campaign Manager

A campaign creation tool that automates and schedules print marketing pieces, allowing agents to maintain a consistent presence in their neighborhoods and grow their business without the manual effort.

The Need

For a real estate professional, building brand recognition and trust within a community is a marathon, not a sprint. This requires a consistent and sustained marketing effort. However, manually coordinating multiple print marketing pieces—like postcards, flyers, and brochures—over time is not only a major hassle but also makes it easy to lose track of your strategy.

The Campaign Manager was designed to solve this exact problem. It provides real estate agents, teams, and brokerages with a centralized tool to effortlessly create and schedule a cohesive series of print marketing campaigns. By automating the process of sending different marketing materials over a set period, the platform helps users maintain a consistent presence in their target neighborhoods, thereby increasing brand awareness and building lasting customer loyalty. This approach takes the guesswork and manual effort out of long-term print marketing, allowing agents to focus on their core business while their brand effectively and consistently reaches new and current customers.

My Role

My role was to lead the front-end design and prototyping, translating the senior product manager's wireframes into a fully functional product. I quickly learned new technologies—Astro, Tailwind CSS, and Alpine JS in Microsoft VS Studio Code—to build a rapid prototyping environment. This unique setup allowed me to build and edit the user interface in real-time during stakeholder meetings, cutting down on traditional handoff times and enabling our small team to work with exceptional speed.

I was responsible for designing and building the user experience for the new Campaign Manager, directly contributing to the successful replacement of a legacy system. My work enabled a significant increase in scheduled campaigns and empowered our engineering team to focus on back-end development, making the project both efficient and impactful.
