My Role

Collaborated with stakeholders on definition, ideation, and concept for the AI assistant landing page product. I worked with the VP of design to create a style guide and design elements, establishing a look and feel to use across all marketing and product design. I took their initial concepts of a landing page and developed into the product we are launching. Simultaneously prototyped, iterated on designs, and implemented front-end code to significantly reduce design-to-development cycle time.

Facilitated User Research for AI Product: Organized and managed participant communication for a diverse pilot user group, gathering valuable feedback used to inform rapid, user-centered improvements and prioritize high-value features for a successful Phase One launch.

Advocated for and implemented accessibility standards (legibility/scannability, chat/transcript options for voice products) to ensure inclusive design across new services and offerings.Designed and developed high-impact landing pages using data-driven insights to optimize user flow, resulting in measurable improvements in lead generation and conversions.

Created Onboarding flow and designed and coded onboarding email journey.

Created and scheduled all email marketing and funnels to build a VIP group for initial launch.
